There should be a partnership between the Pastor and the Financial Ministry Coordinator (FMC). We are asking the Pastors and FMCs to consider the following:
The Pastor
- Attend our quarterly Ministers on Wall Street Conference (Events & Conferences)
- Complete the membership application in our brochure to become an official member of the program
- Identify a Financial Ministry Coordinator (the church member who will administer the program at the church and will act as the point person for the Rainbow/PUSH team to coordinate with)
- Review the sample sermons and books (available in start up kit upon becoming a member)
- Preach sermon(s) on debt elimination
- Announce debt elimination class from pulpit and encourage students to enroll
The Financial Ministry Coordinator (FMC)
- Attend the Rainbow PUSH “Train the Trainer” session in your region (Events & Conferences)
- Partner with Pastor to schedule classes
- Advertise classes in bulletin, local papers and other applicable outlets
- Register interested participants
- Order supplies from Rainbow PUSH
- Deliver classes
